Texture: Wheat

I love texture. I just find something so mesmerizing about it. Maybe it’s because it allows us to see something that is usually overlooked. To me each photo is almost like a precious jewel waiting to be found.

This photo is from the spring. Every year I try to grow something new and different. And I thought I would try wheat. Once the bright green shoots started to come up, I found myself drawn to them.
