White tailed deer are common around these parts. In fact, it is not unusual for us to see them resting in the shade or munching on flowers in a neighbor’s yard.

Some in the area think that they are a nuisance, but we love watching them.

The deer above, is actually a mama, not long after I took this photo a little head popped up from brush beside her. So sweet.
